I know what you mean kenneycj. I got my truck a few months ago and also came with a gun rack except that there was a cane in mine and not a rifle! lol! I beleive it belongs to the first owner because the co worker I bought it from is as healthy as a horse.But it does look aftermarket and not original factory.
Its screwed in place with wood screws and Itll be coming down when I start on the interior.
And the fact that the truck spent most of its life in ranch here in Texas. The ranches around here have plenty of whitetails running around! Makes sense to have a gun rack with a rifle out in a ranch.
