#47489 07/11/2005 1:02 AM | Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 19 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 19 | The fly wheel ring gear on my 235 has a couple bad spots in it which are causing the starter to grind when the engine stops on those particular spots. I have a new bendix on the starter. Can the ring gear be replaced on the fly wheel or do I have to find a whole new flywheel?
