| | | | Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 2,031 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 2,031 | you can buy a blank # plate http://www.classicparts.com/1953-Door-Post-ID-Plate-Chevrolet/productinfo/33%2D014/ ... for 1953 ... that attaches to the door post and transfer/ punch your # on it. the truck id should be on your title. in most cases you will simply just need the pink or registration paper work to get a license to you.
it's that simple.
