I have 3 shop manuals for the hydramatic. They tell me everything about rebuilding except bushing replacement techniques. I'm going the check the local tranny shops to see if they have the bushing drivers. I thought I would cut most out with my dremel if I can find the right size driver. Only 2 or 3 of the bushings were worn. I'm grateful for that. I have all the replacement bushings already. Thank you for your replies. I also need a resource for the rear oil seal. The original was thick because it had a rubber seal and a felt seal incorporated into the same unit. The replacement that I bought with a rebuild kit only had the rubber seal part. Do I need the felt seal too?
