| | | | Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 7 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 7 | I used a 79 pontiac trans am under my 57.There is a very detailed post as to how to install a 70-81, second generation clip under these trucks. It really is pretty easy to do ,if your able to do basic welding, and will give you about a 7 inch drop.
