It all depends on what sound you are after.I like them both.The Flowmasters,have a deep rumbling sound ,whereras the Magnaflows are more raspier,they sound more like the old glasspacks.I have Flowmasters on my 55 with a 350 engine, and blockhugger headers and it sounds like a big block.I had a 72 with Magnaflows and when I stood on it,(accelerated) It really sounded off.From my experience,they are both quality mufflers.
