There used to be a place on Highway 49 south of Asheboro called Richard's Vintage Auto Salvage, I don't remember if he is still open or not.
I have his number around here somewhere, and if I find it I'll post it on here. If you go, wear long pants and steel toed boots. The yard is on a rather steep grade, and its full of gullies. Also, everything there is fairly well picked over or it is so badly rusted, it turns to dust when you touch it.
