| | | | Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 1,317 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 1,317 | You might also check the path of the speedo cable.....my needle will fluctuate if the cable housing is moved from side to side. Once I return it to it's favorite spot it's as steady as a rock.
As for grease on the cable....I think the recommended lube is a graphite based powder that won't stiffen up with cold weather.
