I don't have a vacuum gauge, but my truck has a Vintage Air A/C system in it. I'm thinking that small line goes to the A/C unit somewhere. I didn't see anything on NAPA's web site, but I'll stop there tomorrow and see what they have.
McMaster-Carr is a good alternative I hadn't thought about, I'll check there also.
