I've got a '53 3100 and I may have a line on some old vintage speed equipment for a 216. I have a 235 but I sure would like to run the original 216 if possible just for the side cover and for something different. My question is...I know there is a place I believe in California that will convert your 216 to a full pressure oiler and install insert bearings but I can't remember the name of the place. Does anyone know? Also, what's the max. you can bore a 216 and what's the max. cubic inches you can squeeze out of the engine. Also, is there anything else that can be done to the crank, rods, etc. to gain a little more ummmph! Just looking for some tips.
