i don't believe I will have a problem with the relays (if I remember correctly, I think they are waterproof). The fuse block is going to be mounted up high on the driver kick panel out of sight but not out of the way.
Wiring will exit the firewall just below the hood hinges, at the top of the inner fenders, then run down along the bottom of the inner fender, branching off to the choke, alternator and so on. Not sure if I will mount the relays for the headlights on the inner fender or on the radiator mount, I will decide that when Im running the wires. The wiring to the passenger side headlights and signals, as well as the 8ga wire from the starter battery lug, will run under the radiator mount. Wiring for the rear will exit somewhere in the cab floor. Should be fun.
I originally had the truck completely wired, but had to pull it all out because of poor planning. Basically I jump to doing wiring before smoothing and painting the firewall. I wasn't completely satisfied with how I ran the wires anyways.
