Try heating the nuts red hot with a troch and split them with a cold chisel. This will spread the nut from the stud loosen the rust problem and let them come off fairly easy and most of the time saving the stud. If that don't workand you have bendix brakes cut the shoe retainers remove outer wheel bering if on the front pull hard and it will come off.
