| | | | Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 2,393 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 2,393 | At some time someone may have decided to keep the engine looking more like the original 216 and transferred the rocker mounts with the longer bolts in them to use the original valve cover. That's a common switch even today.
