| | | | Joined: May 2006 Posts: 103 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: May 2006 Posts: 103 | Just installed a new choke knob and cable on my '49 but am having trouble getting the cable to work right. I'm probably doing something wrong or forgeting something but the cable wants to twist and open the choke even with the knob in all the way. And when I tighten down the choke cable to the choke lever on the carb it just pulls on the outer casing of the cable and not the wire. If you can, look at the pics and please let me know what I can do differently.
