| | | | Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 71 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 71 | I was looking at the floor inside my cab today, and I saw something I can't believe I missed when I bought the truck. The bottom corners of the cab sides is rusted out about 3" up. I don't know what this area is called, and I don't have pics yet, but it's inside at the bottom of the kick panels, I think. I haven't seen any replacement pieces for this area, and I don't know how I'm going to go about fixing this.
I guess I'm trying to find the best way to fix this short of taking it to a restoration shop, as I won't have the cash to do this.
I'm also just fishing for suggestions at the moment, as the cab won't be a priority for awhile, yet, but I'll be better prepared when the time comes if people can give me suggestions so I can do some research on the techniques.
