Brake shoes and wheel cylinders are serviceable. Drums can be difficult to find. If the third member has a cable shifter or vacuum chamber, it would be a 2 speed. Otherwise it would be a single speed. They were usually sold as a cab and chassis and a dealer would have installed a flat bed. It doesn't really make much difference if it is 1.5 or 2 ton as far as parts. | | |
