these things always make me wonder: why oh why do so many people feel the need to change all that stuff? as Builder told me once "these trucks were actually made to drive". so make sure your essentials are good (that means: engine running good, brakes working properly, lights and horn working, your steering good, check your front end (king pins etc) and have it aligned) and that should be it. drive it! add some seat belts if you're concerned with safety (lap belts are $30). I drive mine anywhere, any distance. whether it's dirt roads or highway rush hour in Houston TX.
