I have heard terrible stories from painter about getting Rain X on the paint. From what i understand about it, it's very hard to get paint to stick if and when you ever repaint.
Thats my 2 cents. I have elc wiper on the 48 panel and vac on the 50. Both work o.k.. But I live in San Diego, and have only used them a couple of times.
