I've been in hiding for a while, but here is a link to some "before" and "during" pictures of my Frankenbolt project.
A few things I learned that I should have already known:
NOTHING from a 235 engine will fit a 250 engine!
Sandblasting is better than chemical paint stripping.
Just because it was that way when you bought it, doesn't mean that's the way it came from the factory.
Everything takes longer than you think. Even those things you think will take longer than you think (huh?).

I'll update pictures later of my custom axle perch and shock mounts. Hope to fire up the engine next week and drive around the yard with no brakes - WISH ME LUCK!
