Wow, I saw that one listed. It does need it's work. I am not real savy on this, but I believe the HP rating is way off. That flathead should make over 60 HP. Not sure, just guessing on that. There is another group which may be able to offer you some help.
www.oldgmctrucks.com You most likely will be on your own as far as the milktruck body as it was not actually built by gm. You may be able to find some help from that in a milktruck club if there is one.
