thanx guys. another thought i've had is to put the 283 from the chevy in thisv truck. it is tough finding parts for the pontiac engine. can you recommend any suppliers of parts for the pontiac? i need starter, generator and waterpump.It is currently like a ride a six flags to drive. I really want to keep it on the road as it is rust free and straight> guy
