Thanks to all for input.
I do have a batter hydrometer and after charging the battery I got the follow readings:
Voltage: 13.1
Specific gravety (all battery cells): between 1290 and 1300
I will measure and pick up proper length positive and negative battery cables tonight and try again.
Will report results tomorrow.
