Sorry Bob, I'm one of the guilty ones.
Best thing I could suggest would be to squirt a few shots of oil in the spark plug holse, take out the dizzy and spin up the oil pump with a drill to circulate the oil through out the engine, and maybe turn it over by hand a few times to make sure it's free. I take it that it's never been run since rebuilt. If so, treat it as a fresh rebuild, put a bottle or 2 of EOS or Crane Cams break in lube and do a run it, about 2000 rpm or so (vary the rpm) for 20 minutes, then change the oil. If it has been broken in, I would still change the oil before any serious driving, there could still be some condensation in it. Besides, it's cheap insurance.
