Hi buds, been a while, but I have been working on the great rust mountain, which I will have to change its name now....
Anyhoo, I swapped in a 292 from a C50 dump truck in my 59 1 ton that a guy brought me, but I am not sure how the accessories / fan / waterpump all go together and I wondered if anyone had some advice or a picture they could send me. This is how it looked more or less when I got it.
Overhead view of fan belt/alternator I'll probably put A/C on this thing eventually. I have since last post mounted this engine, replaced all the brake stuff (including kevlar front brake shoes) and got that working, plumbed the fuel line and painted the cab. Now working on throttle linkage, new wiring harness, and the belt issue.
Any advice appreciated, thank you O' River of Knowledge...
