The pattern is 6 x 5 1/2", same pattern was used on 2wd 1/2 tons up to '70, and on 4x4s up to '87 in wheels that will work. As long as you keep it at a 3 1/2" backspace, wheels for a pre-'87 GM 4x4 will work. You will have to remove the rivets that hold the drom to the front hub to allow the wheel to seat up properly.
