I just put one of these cams in my rebuilt '54 235. I haven't put enough miles on it yet to have to reset the valves. The way I set them (after talking with Patricks) seems to be fine as far as noise, engine temp., etc. (Patrick) told me to use the #1 ex valve as the guide.. bring #1 piston up to TDC then mark 12 o'clock on the balancer. At this point you could set 2 valves (I have this written down in my manual out in the garage but, can't remember exactly right now). Then rotate the engine till balancer is at 4 o'clock set a couple of valves, 8 o'clock 2 more, etc. has worked out ok thus far.....
