Yes, the studs are 12 x 1.50 metric, actually very common on late GM passenger cars, they are the same regardless of 2wd or 4x4, although some early 2wds w/steel wheels had 7/16" studs. Those were using the same parts as the GM G body for brakes/axles. Bolt circle is the same. As to wheel interchange; you can put a 2wd wheel on the 4x4 axle, but not the other way around.
