Wobbling can be caused by a number of things, from a bad alignment to worn king pins or ball joints, to bad or unbalanced tires, bent wheels, loose steering components, bad spring shackles, bad wheel bearings, etc. A common troubleshooting practice is to rotate the front tires to the rear to see if anything changes, then start looking for loose and worn parts. Have someone turn the steering wheel while you watch for slop in the linkage. After you get everything checked out, take it to an alignment shop and get the alignment checked. Toe out tends to cause wandering and shaking.
