Thanks guys. I guess I am lucky or blessed. I did not have to replace any big sections of the floor. The worst part was the part directly above the brace that the front of the cab mounts to the frame through. All flat, so I just cut a piece of 16 gauge and welded it in. There was also some rot around the emergency brake hole.
I am only going to have to replace the lower 12 to 14" of the outer cowl panels, so I am hoping that the hood and fender fits are not messed up.
