Many hardware stores and industrial supply stores have coil springs in assorted sizes. You should be able to match up a new one to replace the old ones. Also try the internet. Look for something that matches your spring. Wire diameter, spring height, diameter and coil count.
If the spring is in good shape, just clean it and reuse.
