Something running off the light switch is causing the problem, I pulled the ignition switch, no change and tests out fine, so I pulled the light switch and hooked up the ignition switch and it runs fine. Something in the lighting or stop light system is shorting. The light switch checks out fine. I did reset the gaps in the cut out but no issue. More searching tomorrow!! But at least it runs and can be moved under it's own power. It is never what you think until you think about it.
