I have a '66, C-10 and a '66, K-10 both equipped with factory 327's and rams head exhaust manifolds. Per the literature provided in the GM manuals, '66 was the first year the 327 was available in the C-10. In closing, get the truck for that price if it comes with a title. With such a small upfront investment you can justify putting some money into a decent resto for a daily driver.
