Chev51: I dunno if they make the manuals in the years you want but "Chilton Auto Manuals" are really good.
I think you guys should work together & make your own step by step manuals "Rebuilding your Stovebolt". I didn't even have an engine in front of me but I could follow that. Some of these manuals usually skip important parts.
