The 6400 Chev. trucks are quite easy to work on and parts are readily available from NAPA and CARQUEST auto stores. Its a good size to license and use. I've enjoyed mine a lot! Your's looks pretty solid from the photos. The only problem I've seen with them is that so many are rust buckets, common with many Chevys thru the 50's and 60's. Keep it sheltered as much as possible, also keep the front wheel wells washed out all around. Good luck with your truck!! JAMES | | |
