burger Wrench Fetcher B Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 73 oaklyn, nj	a few summers back, i drove a 1965 merc station wagon with bias ply tires and it wasn't so bad. when the bi-plys were bald, I put on a set of radials. i'll agree that the handling improved, but it wasn't a night and day difference or anything like that. ed
