thanks and you are right , the bottoms have been cut off. being a small world- i had looked at this burb back in 87 and it was not for sale. low and behold it showed up again 20 years later. the fenders had been bobbed way back then. i hope to be able to use the lower sections of a pick-up rear fender to repair this.
