The Camaro subframe works fine, but you will need to take a 2" or 3" section out of the middle and cut the tie rod down a like amount. This works great, another way is to buy Scott (Ventura, Ca.) A arms that are shorter by about 1 to 1 1/2 inches, but they are pretty pricey. When you narrow the subframe it will align better with the early frame. Air bags will work fine with the Camaro subframe.
