Straight water boils at 212 at sea level, however a 50/50 mix is 234F. add a few PSI for the pressure cap and the boiling point is higher.
Just to be on the safe side, I would add a fan shroud which will make a world of good by simply making sure the air is being pulled thru the radiator vs 50% of it swirling around the fan.
