Personal preference for a 235 is no muffler at all for me. My old 55.1 panel had a bad muffler & tail pipe when I was a lad. I was too broke to afford a muffler and pipe so I took the tail pipe off of an old buick & cut it so it slipped over the exhaust pipe on the panel, made a 90° turn and cut it where it just cleared the running board on the driver's side. It wasn't too loud and sounded cool.
