You can only use the clips if there is a recess the same size as the GM wheels for the hubcap to sit in. I got my wheels from a 91 mounted and on my rears, there is barely enough room to clear the inside of the wheel well, setback is that much deeper. Looking at machining some spacers for the front to use with the same wheels, looking at almost 2 inches difference, but I have to check the kingpin geometry.
