Have you thought about mounting the cab a little higher then grabbing some S-10 drop spindles to get it back down on the ride height? It might help your clearance issues.
As far as isolating the cab mounts. I am planning to just run some rubber under the cab mounts kinda like the stock 1948 mounts had. If I end up wanting more ground clearance or hate the vibration, I figured I'd add some rubber bushings more like the S-10 had.
I'm kinda clueless... what in the world is a CAC?
