First off keep your head up. Something will work out job wise. Most companies only care about the bottom line and don't give a darn about good employees. I'm sure you were disappointed after the blasting as the PO covered a multitude of sins. But that can all be fixed. As far as what/how to survive go with your gut feeling. If need a new job start looking. Talk everything over with your family and make decision as to the hows and whats. I've as well as many other bolters have followed your build and whether we agreed or disagreed no one wishes bad luck. Something positive will come. Good luck.
