Hey there Wilbur, hope your listening. I got a question for ya Bill, bout buffing out the small dust scratches that accumulate on the window glass over the years.
About a hundred years ago when I was stationed with the USAF out in Sacramento, CA. My ’60 Biscayne rear window got busted out at a hillbilly bar one Saturday night and I had a shop replace it with a used one I got out of a junkyard. I watched them do the work and after they installed it they took a buffer and polished it with what the tech said was pumice compound. Is there a compound available today retail that I could use to clean up the glass with a buffer? Mind you, I’m not looking to take out biggies, just those tiny fine scratches.
