crenwelge 'Bolter C Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 4,962 Fredericksburg, Texas	International has made a narrow cab as long as I can remember and I think still does. A rebar company in San Antonio, TX still has them . I never pay that much attention but I think they are only a few years old.
