Yes, the sequence of bleeding is different for different vehicles. The rule-of-thumb is furthest away from the master cylinder is first, progressing to the next furthest, etc, to the closest to the master cylinder.
On big trucks with a hydrovac unit, the sequence is described in the Chevrolet Truck Shop Manual (or GMC Maintenance manual).
