If you have decent patterns then making your own is pretty simple. Or if you don't need originality then just make hem fit and look good.
I have made a number of lines both in steel and stainless, three complete trucks worth and then some. It may take a few trys to get it right, don't be afraid to throw one away and start over, I have many times.
