Posies Springs are direct bolt in using the original hangers. Their springs are stock 1.75" wide. A good set up with minimal fuss. My friend used the Posies Springs in his '53 1/2 ton pick up.Lowered the truck nice. Chassis Engineering Springs use their own hangers which moves the spring center pin back to center the rear wheels in the fender opening. The end result looks good. Their springs are 2.5" wide and are shorter than the stock ones or the Posies Springs. Measure carefully when installing the Chassis Engineering spring kit hangers.Their specs aren't always exact. They're close but not exact. I've used their rear spring kits in 2 of my vehicles. I don't mind moving things around so that everything is square and true. If you don't measure and install these kits carefully, you'll be in for an unpleasant surprise when you go to the alignment shop. I believe Chassis Engineering and TCI buy their springs from a same manufacturer, but I'm not certain. The TCI hangers weld in , while the Chassis Engineering hangers bolt in.
