I've been using Lucas gear lube additive as a top-up in my diffs,manual steering boxes,and older transmissions for quite a while now.Kinda pours like warm honey.(20% in the engine) Our 64 Comet 170-6 has 100,000 mi. on the rebuild...200,000 on the car.It has worked fine all round for me.Does it do all it claims? Don't know.
