there wasn't a Cameo bed as such, it was a step bed with fiberglas slab sidees instead of the external fenders .... also had an entirely different rear: tailgate, gate mechanism, multi-piece bumper, hidden spare compartment, tail lights .... you don't "get them", you scrounge parts where you can, or buy
expensive repro'd bits to assemble on your step bed
the stepside trucks just had the cab 2-toned, look thru the gallery, there's a few examples
