| | | | Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 1,317 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 1,317 | Just a "heads up" for those of you who have trucks....don't think for a minute that your truck has to be "show" quality to generate a bunch of interest at car shows!!!! If she will move safely down the road make the trip.....you'll be amazed at the number of spectators who will stop by and relate their adventures in a Chevy truck. In reality, a lot more folks can relate to old Chevy trucks than to a $75K Corvette and "Peoples Choice" awards are an added plus!
It's also a great place to plug the "Stovebolt" site....amazing how many folks are building "Bolt" trucks without knowing about the site. Having a sheet of tear-offs with the website URL already printed, saves time and opens the door to many new friendships. Isn't that what the "Stovebolt's" all about?
